The U-Haul was already ejecting out of sight of the officer, and was threatening to fall over. The driver quickly turned on the lightsand then accelerated to get behind the U-Haul. He stopped the vehicle and found out that there was a warrant out for his arrest. He apparently didn’t show up for his court date, among other things.
